Curtis began his career in March of 1989 as an oilfield mechanic. He furthered his experience from mechanic to welding, fitting and machinist. In 2006, Curtis was promoted into Operations for Ace Machine where his responsibilities included Quality Manager, Purchasing Agent and Assistant Shop Foreman. Later, Curtis was promoted to General Manager of Ace Machine and currently holds the position of Managing Director / Machine Fabrication.

Bryan has been in the machining business for over 31 years. His early years include 12 years with Iberia Threading / Hunting as a machinist tech and night foreman. Bryan’s next ventures with Weatherford & Hub City provided him with valuable experience as a Machinist, CNC Programmer, Regional Manager and also a member of the R&D department. Bryan also attained valuable production experience from Machine Tech where he served as General Manager for 5 years prior to Ace Machine.
